CHILDREN UNDER 16 ARE FREE - $10 per adult over 2 in a room is
applicable per night on some weekends between June 30th and August 29.
ADVANCE DEPOSIT POLICY - A deposit of one night stay is required to
reserve a room. Personal checks and money orders are accepted for advance deposits. All
reservations will be held for ten days pending arrival of your deposit. Once a deposit is
received, you will be sent a confirmation.
REFUND POLICY - The purpose of a deposit is to guarantee you an
accommodation. The deposit ensures that this accommodation will be held for you. Once your
deposit is accepted and your reservation is confirmed, this room is taken out of our
reservation system. If you need to cancel your reservation, your deposit will be refunded
if notice of cancellation is received not less than 10 days prior to arrival date. There
is a $25 service charge on all refunds. If reservations are made less than one week prior
to arrival, a credit card may be used to reserve the room. Your card will be charged for
one nights stay at the time of the reservation and it is non-refundable.
MINIMUM NIGHTS STAY REQUIRED during certain dates and RATES
may be SUBJECT TO CHANGE without a confirmed reservation. (Rates may be
higher for one night stays)
